This Privacy Policy explains how MIRAI YUSHUTSU GLOBAL VENTURE LLP, trading as CatchySales ("we", "us"), collects and uses information when you visit catchysales.com (the "Site"). The Site is an informational page that links to products sold by third parties. We do not sell products on the Site and we do not take payments.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name, address or payment details. When you visit the Site, some information is collected automatically:

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on the page, the referring page or ad, and the links you click.
Cookies and similar technologies: small files or identifiers set by us or by our advertising and analytics partners (see below).
Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Meta Pixel and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It lets us measure how well our ads work, for example how many visitors clicked through to the official store, and show ads to people who have visited the Site. Meta may collect or receive information from the Site and other websites and use it to provide measurement services and targeted ads.

You can control how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad preferences and your off-Facebook activity settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Affiliate links and ClickBank

Links on the Site to the product's official store are affiliate links. When you click one, you go through ClickBank (Click Sales Inc.), the retailer that processes the order, and then to the seller's website. ClickBank and the seller may set their own cookies to record that you came from our Site, so we can be credited with a commission.

Any purchase you make happens on the seller's and ClickBank's websites, under their privacy policies, not this one. We do not receive your payment details. We may receive limited order information from ClickBank, such as the order date, product, amount and a tracking ID, but not your card number.

How we use information

To run and improve the Site.
To measure and improve our advertising, including retargeting visitors.
To confirm that commissions were tracked correctly.
To reply to messages you send us.
To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers described above (Meta, ClickBank and the product seller) and with our hosting provider, or when the law requires it. Under some US state laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out as described below.

Your choices and rights

Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site still works, but ad measurement may not.
Opt-out of targeted ads: use the Meta and opt-out links above, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We honor that signal where the law requires it.
US state privacy rights: depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy law), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it or correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing or its use for targeted advertising. Email us at the address below to make a request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, generally no more than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Data held by Meta, ClickBank and the seller is kept under their own policies.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
